All purchases of digital products (downloads, licenses, online access, etc.) are final and non-refundable, except in the following cases:

• Technical Issue: If the product is defective or impossible to download/use (after verification by our team).

• Error on Our Part: If you receive an incorrect file, a corrupted link, or improper access.

• Accidental Double Payment: In case of duplicate transactions, contact us for a refund.

Refund Request Process

1. Contact us within 48 hours of purchase at louis@bioxlist.com.

2. Describe the issue and include proof of purchase and screenshots (if applicable).

3. We will investigate the issue within 5 business days and issue a refund or resend the product as needed.

Technical Guarantee
We commit to:

• Providing functional download links.

• Fixing platform-related technical errors within 72 hours.

• Assisting with activation/license issues (if applicable).
